Born and raised in Dallas, Tony built his culinary career working his way up through some of the city's best kitchens. His father instilled in him early that if you want to be the best, you work with the best – a lesson that shaped everything about how he cooks and leads. He started as a line cook, earned Sous Chef opportunities through dedication, hard work, and persistence, and believes great teams make great kitchens.
