Rosemary brings exceptional credentials to the project as an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, having honed her expertise at world-renowned restaurants including The NoMad Hotel and Restaurant in New York and Los Angeles, The Rustic Canyon Family of Restaurants in Los Angeles, and Major Food Group’s Carbone in Dallas.

Russell is an accomplished entrepreneur who built a wood flooring company serving the luxury design and architecture industry, bringing a sharp operational mindset and meticulous attention to detail to the restaurant’s development and operations.
