Originally from Sacramento, Nancy earned her Certified Sommelier credential and spent years building her hospitality career at Napa Valley’s Michelin-starred PRESS and Charlie’s, where she served as Service Director under French Laundry alum Chef Elliot Bell, before moving to Dallas where she led the teams at Le PasSage and Rose Café.
